Childhood Photography


Childhood photography sessions are one of my favorites. You will have several posed moments, but most of the session is play time and exploring. These sessions aren't about "perfect" poses but about capturing their personality and true expressions. Ideally, a childhood session should give you a few frameable pictures and a ton of memory-book moments. One of my favorite pictures of my own son isn't the "smile for the camera" moment after hunting Easter Eggs when he was five, but the watching-everyone-from-behind-a-tree-while-pouting moment that really spoke to the truth of his five-year-old personality. Childhood photography is about recording your kid's imperfect moments, as well as posed moments, so that you can remember it all.
